TradingView, exchange alerts, and a dedicated alert app
This page compares a chart product, two exchange apps, and an alert-only service, from pages opened on 11 October 2026. It records prices, caps, channels, quiet controls, and whether a later price is stored. It is not a ranking, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold. Coinbase's price-alert help did not return a readable article, so those steps are not quoted.
TradingView
TradingView's pricing page rendered annual cards in euros: Essential €12.95 a month, Plus €29.95, Premium €59.95, and Ultimate €199.95. The page said "Save up to 17%," with card savings of €24, €60, €120, and €480. Free was €0. Sales tax can be added. Only Ultimate is sold to users TradingView classifies as professional.
Schema.org Offer markup on the same page lists monthly USD prices, priceValidUntil 2026-11-10: Essential 14.95, Plus 34.95, Premium 69.95, and Ultimate 239.95. Expert at 119.95 USD a month is in that markup and was not one of the four cards. Essential's data used the same numerals in the USD and EUR fields checked here: 14.95 monthly and 12.95 annual. Read the currency on your own page before you pay.
Alert caps on the compare table that day:
- Plan: Basic. Price alerts: 3. Technical alerts: not shown. Watchlist alerts: not shown. Duration shown: 1 month
- Plan: Essential. Price alerts: 20. Technical alerts: 20. Watchlist alerts: card listed 0. Duration shown: 2 months
- Plan: Plus. Price alerts: 100. Technical alerts: 100. Watchlist alerts: card listed 0. Duration shown: 2 months
- Plan: Premium. Price alerts: 400. Technical alerts: 400. Watchlist alerts: 2. Duration shown: cell empty
- Plan: Ultimate. Price alerts: 1,000. Technical alerts: 1,000. Watchlist alerts: 15. Duration shown: cell empty
Price alerts and technical alerts are separate counts. Basic showed 1 watchlist of 30 symbols. Paid plans showed 1,000 symbols per watchlist. The page data included a trial length of 30, without saying which plans it covers.
Frequencies are Once only, Once per bar, Once per bar close, and Once per minute or every time. Schedules are 24/7, weekdays, Monday through Friday 09:00 to 18:00, or a custom window in the account time zone. Outside that window the schedule blocks push, email, sound, webhook, toast, and desktop, and the trigger still goes to the log. A Once only alert that fires while the schedule is off can send once more after it resumes, if the condition is met again.
TradingView deletes log rows every day at 21:00 UTC when a trigger is older than 30 days, or when that alert has more than 100 triggers. Only the latest 100 remain. You can export a CSV first. No page opened here shows the price 1 hour, 4 hours, 24 hours, or 7 days later.
Robinhood and Kraken Pro
On these pages, exchange alerts are not sold as a separate subscription.
Robinhood's article covers stocks, ETFs, and crypto. Movement alerts are 5% or 10%. The 5% setting also sends 10% moves. The 10% setting sends only those. Crypto adds up to five unnamed timeframes and a frequency called Less or More, not defined in minutes. A 52-week high or low is at most one of each per asset per week. Holdings alerts start with notifications on. Watchlist alerts stay off until you enable them. If you hold and watch the same name, holdings settings apply. Custom above or below prices are push only. Email covers holdings stock moves that "move significantly," with no percent published. Push cannot always be delivered. Notices are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold.
Robinhood Gold is $5 a month or $50 a year, with a 30-day trial. Its perk list does not name price alerts, and the price-alert article does not say Gold is required. Legend's Activity tab lists recent triggers and does not, on that page, store a later price.
Kraken's "Market Alerts," last updated 20 January 2026, covers Kraken Pro on the web, Pro mobile, and Desktop. Alerts sync. You type a price or use percentage buttons whose steps are unpublished, above or below. Web delivery needs operating-system and browser permission. The switch is on by default, and nothing fires until you create an alert. Futures alerts cannot be created on mobile. One set on the web can still push, and it does not open the futures market the way a spot alert does. Favorite-market volatility notices include the 24-hour percent and the price. The trigger percent is unpublished. Active and Historical lists exist, and Desktop can re-add a trigger. The article does not describe a later price, and it does not say a paid add-on is required.
A dedicated alert app
Cryptocurrency Alerting sells alerts as the product. The pricing page, opened the same day, labeled yearly billing Save 50%. No price-effective date was printed.
- Plan: Hobby. Price shown: $0. Active alerts: 3. Notifications: 10
- Plan: Trader. Price shown: $7.99 a month, or $47.88 a year ($3.99 a month). Active alerts: 20. Notifications: Unlimited, except SMS and phone caps
- Plan: Pro. Price shown: $39.99 a month, or $239.88 a year ($19.99 a month). Active alerts: 120. Notifications: Unlimited, except SMS and phone caps
- Plan: Business. Price shown: $99 a month, or $588 a year ($49 a month). Active alerts: 300. Notifications: Card says no rate limit, and includes Pro
The FAQ says paid plans leave notifications uncapped except SMS and phone calls, which have weekly caps. SMS to the US and Canada is blocked by carriers. Phone calls are not. International SMS and calls are limited to Pro. The FAQ says over 100 countries. A pricing link says 200+. Both counts were on the site the same day.
Channels are email, SMS, phone, Slack, Telegram, Discord, webhook, push, and browser, one destination each. The FAQ says data is typically collected and alerted within 15 to 25 seconds, and a new alert may take a minute to start. It does not promise a fixed time. A 1-hour cooldown means at most one notice an hour from that alert. Percent alerts use the larger high-to-low swing. The FAQ does not describe quiet hours or a later price. It says refunds are not offered. Cancel and you keep time already paid.
What is missing on every page opened
None of the pages opened here showed the price 1 hour, 4 hours, 24 hours, and 7 days after the alert. Figures are from 11 October 2026. Check the live page before you pay. Tax, a trial, and currency can change the amount.
Terminal keeps the condition, the price and its source, and the later price at 1 hour, 4 hours, 24 hours, and 7 days. This comparison does not claim it costs less or arrives sooner than the products above.
FAQ
How many TradingView alerts does the free plan include?
Basic showed 3 price alerts for 1 month. Essential showed 20 price alerts and 20 technical alerts for 2 months. The euro and dollar prices are in the table above.
Do Robinhood price alerts require Gold?
The price-alert article does not say so. Gold's perk list does not name price alerts. Gold is $5 a month or $50 a year.
Does any of these show the price a day later?
Not on the pages opened for this check. TradingView deletes triggers older than 30 days, or past the latest 100, at 21:00 UTC. The other pages list the notice, not the later price.
