Strategic options — operator choice

Date: 18 September 2026
Update (same day): operator asked to boom a new idea on social media and said the domain can change. Chosen path: Loopcard (see 11-loopcard-product.md). Options A–D remain as fallbacks if Loopcard is later killed.

Pick one. Engineering will not invent a fifth Slip.

A — Hold (default)

Do: Keep https://cryptobook.space on the social app. Treat this document pack as the deliverable.
Don’t: Ads, PH, nginx cut.
When: Always valid.
Cost: Zero incremental. Old cluster keeps RAM.

B — Holding page

Do: Replace social with the Virtus holding page (website/holding-page.md). Link Virtus + TMC.
Don’t: Waitlist, fake product screenshots.
When: If social must come down now.
Cost: Hours. Then stop PM2 cryptobook after nginx points at static/3100.

C — Use an audience you already have

Do: Treat TokensMarketCap as the distribution, not cryptobook.space. Note: academy.tokensmarketcap.com is 404 as of the earlier host inventory — a hole on a property that actually has users.
Don’t: Call that “the genius agentic SaaS” until a separate demand-first study on TMC users is written. This option is a place to look, not a product.
When: If the operator wants a next research pass with a real channel.

D — Wait / re-open criteria

Re-open a cryptobook.space SaaS GO only if all are written down with sources:

  1. Named buyer who already pays this week.
  2. Named incumbent and why they switch.
  3. Public price $19–99 (or honest higher band).
  4. 60-second aha without a sales call.
  5. 1-VPS architecture that is not a key honeypot.
  6. US-legal / not Annex III.
  7. Distribution other than 65 IPs/week of leftover social.
