Funding and open-interest alerts

A funding-rate alert watches the funding rate on one coin. The rate is a percent per 8 hours. You set the level, and whether the alert fires above that level or below it. You set these alerts on New alert.

An open-interest alert watches a change in open interest on one coin. The change is counted in coins, over 1 hour, 4 hours, or 24 hours. It does not watch a level.

Readings come from Kraken Futures, with Hyperliquid filling gaps. We read them every minute. A reading older than 5 minutes is not used. The alert does not fire on it.

Funding and open interest are not available for every coin. You cannot save that alert for a coin without these readings. The screen names the coin.

Funding and open-interest alerts are on Trader. Pro includes them too. Free does not. On a plan without them, those alerts pause until the plan includes them. They are not deleted. Compare plans on Plans.

How the numbers are measured is on the Methodology page. This is a record of the reading. It is not a recommendation.
