How do I pause, change or delete an alert?
Open Alerts. Open one alert.
On that page you can choose Edit, Mute, Snooze 1 hour, or Turn off. An open alert has Snooze 1 hour and Mute too.
Turn off stops the rule. The list shows Off. The rule stays, and so do the alerts it already sent and their receipts. Choose Turn on to start it again.
Mute stops the messages and keeps recording. The rule still runs. Snooze 1 hour pauses delivery for one hour. A fire during a snooze is recorded and not sent. Nothing waiting is sent when the hour ends.
Paused by plan is a plan limit, not Turn off. The rule stays. It is not deleted. To start one again, your plan needs room: choose Turn off on another alert, then choose Turn on.
A funding or open-interest alert is Paused by plan when your plan does not include those alerts. It can start again only on a plan that does.
Edit opens the alert so you can change it. Choose Save changes to keep the change. Choose Delete alert to remove it. The screen asks Delete this alert and its receipt history? This cannot be undone. Choose Delete, or Keep alert to leave it.
Deleting removes the rule. Past alerts leave your account. They stay without your name, so the public Scoreboard keeps its counts. Messages that were not sent yet are dropped.
If an alert runs one of your services in the marketplace, its page has no Turn off and no Delete alert until you retire the service. You can still change where it sends, and mute it. Marketplace for sellers has the rule.
