When do paid plans open?
Not open yet. Paid plans open once payments are set up and a lawyer has reviewed our seller terms. Free works today.
What happens to my alerts when I change plan?
Moving up keeps every alert rule. Rules paused by a lower limit start again, oldest first. Moving down pauses the newest rules over the new limit, and any rule of a type the plan does not include. No rule is deleted. Paused rules show as Paused by plan in your Alerts list.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. Free does not ask for a card.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing and choose Cancel plan. You keep the plan through the date you already paid. Alerts then drop to the Free limits. Rules over the Free limit pause. They are not deleted.
Do you refund a plan I already paid?
We do not refund unused days on a monthly or yearly plan, except where the law says we must. If a charge looks wrong, write to contact@tokensmarketcap.com within 14 days.
How do I get help with a plan or a charge?
Open Settings, then Help and support, and choose New request. If you cannot sign in, use the contact page. We aim to answer within 3 business days, and within 1 business day on a paid plan.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
The plan limits are the same. Yearly Trader is $144, which is $36 less than twelve monthly payments. Yearly Pro is $288, which is $60 less than twelve monthly payments. Community is monthly only.
